The dorm was dirty and smelly. My pillow case was wet when I got it and the quilt seemed like it had never been washed.

The room should be cleaner, with clean sheets. The bathroom was really disgusting there was vomit that was already dry and there was an odd smell also. The staff didn't know of some places to eat specific food.

Disliked:
I went to bed around 11:30pm and I was bothered a little bit by people going the bedroom to talk and outside was very noisy also. The place was not that clean, specially the bathrooms; there were a lot of hairs in the shower and someone had puked in the sink and floor, it was pretty disgusting.

Staff was great and very helpful. Overall it was an okay place to stay, but I have stayed in much nicer (and worse i guess) hostels.

The shared dorm was pretty cramped but okay.

Would be nice to have a fitted sheet for the beds as bottom sheet always comes untucked and twists during the night so you end up sleeping on the mattress.

For the price, was a fantastic hostel. Great location near sights and subway station. Comfortable bunk beds and clean bathrooms. Tourist information office a short walk away up Gran Via.

An average hostel in a very good location. The rooms are nothing special, and most the staff is not overly friendly - but they will help you with what you need. The hostel is fine to stay in in if you don't care much about the atmosphere.
