The location was very convenient for me and that was why I chose this place. I don't have any complaints since the hostel was very comfortable and the beds were nice although they were just bunk beds. It was clean and well-maintained. The staff was always busy but they were very friendly.

Disliked:
I had 2 rude roommates and they both mistaken the dorm with their personal bedroom. One would start listening music (without headphone) and sing or make phone calls even if someone was in the room and the other one took every locker but one for herself, open the windows without asking, be grumpy all the time.

however we were waiting one hour to check in and we were told it was due to a change over in staff. Have NEVER experienced this level of poor service in any other hostel I've stayed in.

Disliked:
It is an average hostel; for the price we did not expect any luxury and consequently didn´t get any. Rooms are decent enough, beds could do some repairing, bathrooms look like they need a really good cleaning and i could go on.

The hostel was terrible. I've stayed in a lot of hostels but this was the worst. The hostel was dirty and the staff were just plain creepy.

Not many lockers and lockers are small. Some beds are fragile and the rooms can be cleaner. People smoke on the ground floor and that’s not good.

Very nice place, great enviroment, staff helpful at all times, english speakers, excelent location 10 meters from the subway, 5 minutes from royal palace. Try it and you won't regret it... This was my second time staying there, and there'll deffinately be more!

Great hostel. Very friendly staff, hot showers (sometimes), clean rooms, good beds. Breakfast is not included, but there is a full equiped kitchen, really enjoyed it there. Would definetily recommend it!

Walking distance from all places I wanted to know in the historic center. The building is impressive and the staff always wanted to help me with good tips and suggestions. I am very happy I booked this hostel even I heard many bad things of staying in Central Madrid. Don't believe that, it's really safe and fun!
