Disliked:
Place had no character was boring and dreary; staff were rude, kept clean enough though kitchen is not very adequate. Was not bad but could not say it was good either. Just had no atmosphere.

Disliked:
Very noisy hostel, quite stressful. Also very late at night one of the staff members had a loud chat till 1am and you could hear every single word.

Disliked:
Beds were uncomfortable. The common areas were cold as were the rooms. The shower water was cold. And maybe some individual lights in the bedroom would be better to avoid discussions with the roommates. The wifi internet was bad. It only had signal in some isolated spots.

Disliked:
The really BIG issue of the place is that we saw 3 mice around, which is bad, we we at the kitchen cooking dinner and whoa, there they were mice running around the place, after that we did not finish cooking and had to eat out.

Hostel by itself would be good.

Disliked:
The management policy is very bad. The people at the reception should be more helpful and maybe a bit more excited about this job. Atmosphere is very very noisy. It was far too expensive in the weekend, really stupid price policy. I didn't want to waste time to change hostel, which was a robbery.

Nice hostel to stay for a short while - decent rooms and good kitchen. Location was pretty good too.

Disliked:
I found the other guests really noisy, on arrival they go through the house rules, one of which is quiet time after 10pm during the week, but when others were partying passed 1am that was ignored by staff.

The hostel is very well located. It is close to a metro station - all of Madrid in minutes. The neighbourhood has a lively night, which includes places to eat, to drink and to dance. Its nice the way its organized. Very near the center with lively streets with bars, restaurants and such.

The location is great, and the staff were really nice to us! The hostel is simple, but thinking of the costs and the benefits, its totaly worth it!!! The only thing I think could get better is the cleaning of the bathroom - other guests left the floor covered with water sometimes...

Great hostel, the guys at the desk were good, the wifi was alright, the location was perfect, beds were good, showers were good, heating on through the night! Only things I'd comment on is a decent space for charging stuff. Other than that, top marks!!!
